I placed an order last Friday. I cancelled it less than 90 minutes later. I do not want these as I have had a bad experience with the same customer service group before. They are refusing to cancel my order and it took 48 hours to get this information. This is a scam operation. It is also impossible to return items for a refund. They charge you a large fee to return the items to China. My experience with a similar company was that the items were very poor quality, didn’t fit and very cheaply made. I threw them into the garbage. JJ’s has many negative complaints at the Better Business Bureau as well. BEWARE!! I’d like to add that JJ’s has offered me a full refund today. I truly appreciate it. It did take some doing and I had to “mean business”and that does not come naturally to me. Thank you.
