I’m conflicted about giving Zeus 3…
I’m conflicted about giving Zeus 3 stars. Some sellers are AMAZING! Above and beyond with delivery within minutes of purchase. It is currently Sunday night and I’m still waiting for any correspondence from a platinum seller I have bought from before. His page lists business hours from 9a-12a.
So it’s hit or miss. When it’s good, it’s GREAT! But when it’s bad it’s frustrating and there is no help from customer service! Sellers can decide to not deliver your item and it takes 7-14 days to be refunded through Zeus AFTER they respond back AND review the case.

2 Amazing sellers the rest are SCAMS & Liars!
Some sellers are amazing! Others are terrible despite having good reviews. 3 sellers decided to raise their prices hours or a full day AFTER my purchase. They refused to deliver and were rude. It took Zeus 3 days to get back to me after I used the ‘report a problem’ button in the trade AND emailed support. They said I would get a refund in 7-14 DAYS!! Unacceptable! Sellers are allowed to not deliver in their time frame stated or not deliver at ALL. There are non consequence for sellers to do this. There is no option to cancel without going through Zeus so they are aware what these sellers are doing! Since they wouldn’t deliver I can’t leave feedback to warn others! Zeus needs to do better resolving issues when sellers default and sanction sellers! Suspend their account for a day or 2! Or maybe for 14 days since that’s how long I have to wait to be reimbursed!! 3 days for Zeus to contact me & 7-14 days for a refund, while the seller who refused to deliver at the price THEY set, raises their price & continues delivering to other customers at their inflated price. BUYER BEWARE!!
