Nightmare of a company!! Stay away!!
With NEAT everything was going smooth, then came the news that Rapid is taking over the domain completely by mid of March, from then till now its a nightmare of an experience!! I took all my money out without any other option and would never ever recommend this company to anyone who want to use them for international transfers. Stay away from them.Their customer service and problem solving ability is a joke!! Not sure why and how they are running this company by putting thousands of customers in terrible situation and have audacity of charging US$99 for nothing!! Pathetic is an understatement to describe them!!
