Waste of time n money
I do not know how they got 4 stars! I had to pay 30$ to even start the chat. Waited 2h to start the chat. Then another 90m wait time to start the line for video consult. All this at 9pm....i needed something very simple. You cannot do anything but stare at the phone app...while waiting... Save your money!!
