Little to no customer service
Placed an order with them, but there was a mistake with one of the items. I sent several emails to their customer service team, asking if it could be changed or cancelled before the order was shipped. After four days of trying, I simply asked them to cancel the whole order. I did not receive a reply until the morning of the fifth day, and the reply was simply that the order had been cancelled, and that they wanted a 5* review in exchange for a coupon on a future order. I’m still waiting for a reply as to why the refund I received was more than £8 less than the amount I was charged.
