Never received item, hard to get (partial) refund.
I never received the item which they sent out with their courier of choice. After extensive back-and-forth with the seller, who responded in an arrogant manner, they finally agreed to issue a refund for the item itself but refused to reimburse the shipping cost. In the end when pointed out that they were legally obliged to refund the full amount, as they are legally responsible for successful delivery of the item, they chose to ignore the message and stall any further communication. There is no reason at all to why they would deduct shipping. Seems like a lucrative business. The only conclusion I can make here is that I am being penalized for ordering with them. Will definitely never order anything from this fraudulent, arrogant store, ever again.
