Dishonest customer service
They were super great at emailing me and offering an exchange for a better color. Now here is where everything went wrong! They emailed me a return address and stated to write it exactly as they typed it. I did and sent back certified express mail. They say they never received it. Duh don't insult my intelligence. They provide a non existent address for exchanges so that they can claim they never received and then they don’t have to exchange it for you. Do not order from this NON US company. The post office confirmed it’s not a real address!!
