Harassment
My product to be assembled arrived broken so I could not use this service. I went with another product from a different company and assembled it myself. I keep getting harassing phone calls AND emails from this company to ask about “my assembly order” even though I have spoken to numerous people about cancelling it and the assembly guy at my house documented it was cancelled.
