I thought I was ordering a 12 ft x 22…
I thought I was ordering a 12 ft x 22 in mat. What I got was 12- 12 in x 22 in mats. I have called and emailed to get this issue resolved. Was told that I would be getting a RMA Label so I could return the wrong items for a refund. That was 3 days ago. I still have not received anything. On top of that it was over a month after I placed my order before someone contacted me about the color I wanted was backordered. Invoice says notification of shipment within 72 hours never received one. They just showed up one day over 2 months after the order was placed. 4/22/23 Item is returned and fully refunded. Thank you.
