Customer Service was excellent. Annie took care of me. I made mistake of getting product wet & it quit working. Then, received 2nd product, but it had 1 of 3 functions not working. They replaced with a third one& it works GREAT.. Very happy, thought I would get screwed over.. This is reputable company!
