Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. So many problems setting up mail and no help available. They can't even write English properly. I tried to transfer my domain name to them and when I went clicked 'Proceed to payment' I got this message, "Please proceed your purchase through Store". I clicked on the store link and got this message, "You need permission to access this page." I give up. I'm going back to gmail. Just found out that Zoho DOES NOT host domain names!
