UPDATE. After numerous emails back and forth. I received a refund today but nit for the full amount. One of the emails I had from them stated they have numerous returns so had not yet received my returns because they don’t collect from the post office every day( very strange) I get an email most days still offering orthopaedic shoes and boots a a reduced price. How can the company still be trading. They are clearly not fit for purpose…..I ordered these boots as orthopaedic (due to foot issues) and before I saw the reviews. They arrived today from China. They are not orthopaedic. They are fashion boots and can be bought from a well known website for less than half the price. I actually have a pair of these already. This company are giving misleading descriptions of their items. Everyone be very aware this is a scam company.
