I ordered the dual extrusion module for my Snapmaker in October last year. It was supposed to be delivered in December. They sent a email changing the delivery date to March. I returned the email asking to cancel the order. I sent several emails to cancel. I got a email this month (April) that my order is almost ready to ship and that it has finally shipped. Both times I tried to cancel. They ignore all attempts of communication. Terrible company.
