As described by other reviewers, do not shop with this company ! Shame on META for continuing to allow them to advertise on Facebook and Instagram! I orders items 6 weeks ago in 2 separate orders . They immediately charged my credit card. However the items were never shipped. Instead I received responses to my repeated emails pushing back shipping dates. I then emailed them directing them to cancel my orders and issue full refunds . They replied to acknowledged receipt of that email but claimed to ship the items anyway - no verifiable tracking info provided . My defund order isn’t even showing as processing in my alleged Futario order link - the links are now broken. I’m at a total Loss for what my options are to pursue them for a refund along with fraud and RICO violations .
