I bought the Nebroo Pro Bluetooth hearing aids and was having a problem with them. Finally got ahold of customer service and.he tried different ways to fix the problem. He decided to send me a new pair. Haven't received them yet, but hope this pair works.
My hearing aids have a loud screeching noise. Try to get ahold of customer service for two days. Finally after waiting on phone for over an hour got ahold of someone. He then disconnected us and I can't get thru anymore. I wouldn't waste my time and money on them!!! Terrible customer service and terrible product!!!!
