Kidguard Pro issues with multiple phones on dashboard
I will say the product is good. However I have several children, who all have the same phone and when I tried to add these multiple phones to my clevguard dashboard, it automatically deletes the the first phone that I added to accommodate the second phone I wanted to add. When I reached out to clevguard via their "contact us" form informing them of the issue, their solution was for me to open another account and add the second phone to that account, stating that the system was confused because both phones were the same model. This response was less that helpful, I have used many platforms like this and I have always been able to add multiple device's to a single account. so the clevguard tech support response in this instance was very poor! I will update, but hoping that such a great product is not undermined by poor possibly outsourced third party tech support. there is no use spending several hundred dollars on a product that wont function as it should. Also with a two day turn around on email response (advertised), not very good. At least have a chat function! .........Update 4/24/2023. Still no resolution after multiple email conversations with their less that adequate customer support.
