Good luck cancelling…..
I was initially very impressed with the price I paid for the first two products I received along with quick shipping and great packaging. This past weekend I received notification of a recurring order which was preparing to ship with options to skip or cancel. I chose to cancel with additional reminders to keep the recurring order with incentives for discounts moving forward. I continued cancellation. Two days later was informed the item was shipped and credit card charged. I emailed immediately and have not heard back. I also called and left a message with no response. I am very upset and am concerned that my credit card is still on file.
