Printed sweatshirt, not a jumper
The Xmas "jumper" I ordered was in fact a printed, baggy sweatshirt, which I felt was not worth the £30 that I paid. I was eventually able to get a full refund (which did take quite some effort, including placing a review here on Trustpilot). I have therefore amended this review (3 stars rather than 1 star) to reflect this slow but positive customer service outcome.
