Good packaging and communication
So bought my GK from them after having issues with another store. The figure came in good condition and was well packed so not be damaged. The team communicated well in emails and on Reddit when I had questions and responded fast enough, Ella was particularly helpful as my contact. Shipping is a bit expensive to Australia but that's the price you have to pay. Will be doing business with them again.
