HORRIBLE
I purchased nike by you shoes - After a month didn't receive the shoes - Asked them where's my order - They replied that the order didn't go through, and they will give me a coupon as compensation. But the coupon doesn't apply for almost ALL SHOES! So I have no use of the coupon. The human customer service representative replies like a bot. So no shoes, no coupon. Horrible experience.
