I am very disappointed with Rail Ninja Team
I am very disappointed with the way, that Rail Ninja Team handled my reservation, for a couple of tickets, that I bought from Malaga to Madrid, for August 8, (Reservation ID: RN-202304-690544). I paid for the tickets, and via email, during the weekend, Rail Ninja Team, informed me, that they would give me a few hours to make some changes to my reservation and that otherwise, it would be cancelled. When I saw the email, said reservation, had already been cancelled. I wrote to Rail Ninja Team, and they answered me quickly, (that was good!!!) telling me, that they were going to return my money, but that nothing could be done anymore. I wasted my time and I hope, I don't waste my money. In any case, I no longer have confidence (trust), to make other reservations with (Rail Ninja).!!! Thanks, Carlos Arturo Echeverry
