Lets see slow shipping, robots for customer service and over 2 weeks and still dont have my money back AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Lets see, took my money for my cam, usb cable and toy immediately. I emailed them because we had changed our mind about camming. They said it was too late to cancel. I ordered 3/24 i came in 4/1. I returned it to them (per all their instructions, sending a video of everything unopened which I understood and appreciated at first PAID for priority shipping with tracking) that all got sent out on 4/4 and was received by them in IL on 4/6. Ive chatted with customer service on 4/1, 4/4, 4/6, 4/10 and 4/14. Here we are at 4/21 and no money has been refunded. I have initiated a dispute with paypal at this point becuase its BEYOND insane that they took my money right away but have taken over 2 weeks to issue a refund. My attorney will be contacted in the event paypal doesnt make it right. Ive been patient enough. Give me my money back!
