Going down in flames
Ordered the Snapmaker Artisan in August 2022 with expected delivery in December. Ultimately received the product, after trying to cancel several times, on 12 April. Product defective on delivery. The support and service has been unresponsive since initial notification and their request for more info. I have sent multiple requests for information, to even let me know if they got the info they requested. Nothing. Due to their "delays" in shipping, the 6 month paypal dispute and 60 day Chase dispute periods have expired and I am left with an overvalued (if it worked, maybe not) hunk of aluminum and silicon paperweight taking up a lot of space in my maker space. Snapmaker USED to be a positive experience for most, but that has seemed to change significantly since their explosive growth and apparent influence pedaling.
