After holding my money for over a year and 180 days after my account was closed I was told my funds would be released 3-4 days after June 19th 2023, that time has gone and they have still not returned my funds. They are now not answering my emails. They are trying to steal my funds. Do not work with this company under any circumstance you will regret it. Don’t trust all the fake reviews they posted which suddenly appeared everyday after their rating hit rock bottom
Worst company ever, have been holding my funds in rolling reverse since June 2022 when I first started processing with them over 290 days ago. Account was closed in December over 120 days ago, still have not returned my funds in reserve. Do not use them for any service. Update April 25th: I contacted rapyd support with the “Trustpilot” subject line but was given a boilerplate response saying they will hold my money untill the end of June 2023 which will make it over a year of holding my funds for no reason. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.
