Absolutely appalling customer service.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I had an issue with the order, the customer service was unbelievably bad. They told me I didn't have an account, then they said it would be shipped in about two weeks time, then they couldn't find the order. I must have spent about three hours trying to resolve something that should have taken 5 minutes. Don't use this company. They don't deserve your business. No matter if they are cheap, they are absolutely not worth the hassle and nonsence.
