Private VPN got me connected to their London VPN server very quickly.
I had a problem connecting to the London server. I explained this in an email and I had a reply within minutes. Jim was especially helpful in explaining what I was doing wrong at times when I was was not properly connecting. We had several email exchanges and each time I received an almost immediate reply. Excellent service!
