Disappointing service although installer is good
Disappointing service. Scheduled for Monday slot 11am to 3pm. Installer msg at midnight informing worker got COVID, unable to come. Rescheduled to Wednesday 11am to 3pm, and still they have not arrived. Was told the latest they will arrive is 7-8pm. End up arrived at 5pm. Do not accept orders more than you can handle. Disappointing.
