Jenna Bylak
Jenna Bylak, store manager at your New Lenox location was absolutely exceptional. I have never rented storage space before and Jenna was so personable and helpful with all my questions. She offered to show me the 10x10 space and 10 x15 space. I am a very visual person and this is exactly what I needed to see to access the space that my husband and I would need to accommodate our items. Your facility is very clean and organized. My husband and I came back and signed a contract for rental. More over, Jenna Bylak is an exceptional employee and a true asset to your company. If not for her I'm not sure we would have rented space. Jenna was wonderful!
