not existed customer service. the company sucks (the phones are ok)
The phones are great while they work. The one star i rated is exclusively for the company. The company is simply terrible The one year warranty is a lie and they will not do anything to fulfil it. . Love the phones, hate the company lack of effort. If your phone develops a hardware fault, they pass the bucket to the shops (generally an official store in aliexpress where you more than likely got the phone from) . Aliexpress and the store won't do anything (they actually wanted me to tamper with the phone and void the warranty) So if you are buying a phone from them, don't expect anything apart from the handset. Their official shops are ghosts or will simply disregard your rights/ your emails, regardless of their legal obligations in the country you bought the phone in. So buy from them at your own risk
