Poor customer service
I initially bought this late last year as I travel solo quite a lot. The original bag got ‘lost’ so a replacement was sent out which took about 2 months. The bag itself is great and does what they claim. Unfortunately the main zip broke the last time I used it. When I bought it I took out the insurance to make sure I could get a replacement if anything went wrong. I contacted the company on 02/11/25 and since then I have been fobbed off by email time and time again with no sign of my replacement bag being sent. I could not recommend this company at all despite the bag actually being ok.
