I've been ordering from adidas for years, but their service is embarassing. Like a few other comments, I placed an order on June 11, they sent me a message on June 13 saying it was sent, set for deliver for June 18. I never got the items. They pointed the finger at the courier, but the courier says they never got the items. adidas sent a response saying the items were returned by the courier. It's been a month, and I still haven't received a refund for the items. There was no apology or accountability. They never tried to "make it right". The fact that their CS team can't even reorder items for you is unbelievable. Also, I have started to notice that their quality has gone down quite a bit. Their prices sure have gone up, but even their more expensive items don't last like they used to. I regret buying adidas for so many years.
