Dirty and Stained Car Interiors
I have rented drivelah cars on numerous occasions. Generally the service is quite efficient. The greatest negative point about them is that the interiors of their cars are rather dirty and lacking in maintenance. They are dusty and stained in various areas especially on the seats and this gives a very unpleasant driving experience. They obviously do not clean their cars regularly - an important customer service care that is lacking.
