Update October 13th 2023 About 7 months later money was returned. UPDATE: July 21st. - STILL NO MONEY RETURNED. TERRIBLE. Rapyd made a transfer with the wrong account details, lost the money and almost 2 months later they still have not returned it. But the continue charging me $95 a month in fees. I contact them and they keep fobbing me off with copy paste replies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. Update May 9th: From the message below Rapyd told me to email NEAT even though Neat was not mentioned in the original message. I emailed them and I will update if this actually solves the issue. UPDATE May 14th: YES! My account is getting closed! For the other users who are also totally exasperated with Rapyd this could be a possible route to get your funds back. I will update when / if I get the money returned. Here is the response from the customer agent here: ****** We regret to inform you that your account has been closed due to non-payment of the monthly subscription fee of USD 99 for two consecutive months. We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In order to credit your refund of USD 495, we kindly request that you provide us with an alternative bank account where we can transfer the funds. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. UPDATE MAY 22 2023: My account has been closed but the money still has not arrived. UPDATE MAY 28 2023: The funds have STILL not arrived.
