The Worst Service Ever!!!
I recently saw a review: Very poor customer service I was advised shipping would take 2 -3 business days. In fact it was over two weeks before my framed print was shipped. Despite numerous emails I could not generate a response to my enquiries as to why my print was delayed. This was a birthday present for a close friend - the date was missed! Do not place an order unless you are willing to tolerate false shipping promises. Very disappointed. This is exactly what I am going through now!!! I ordered a jigsaw puzzle. A birthday gift for a family member. I placed the order on January 27th with shipment 3-4 business days. It is now Friday February 13th and my order still has not been shipped!!!! I have sent numerous emails. No reason given for the delay. I tried to cancel my order but was told I can't because the item is about to be sent out. I asked what time frame does about to be sent meant. No reply. Please do not give this company your business.
