Technical issue? No payout!
Been trying to redeem since May! I’ve gotten a my withdraw denied 3 times now for technical issues . But no explanation what the issue is? This is unacceptable! I asked for my deposit back but I get ignored and just told to resubmit my redemption. Why if it won’t get approved?! I’ve done everything I can on my end. I’ll update my review if I ever get paid. I had been paid before and customer service responds to me that’s only reason this is not a 1 star review
