Bad and Unhelpful Customer Service
Bad customer service. Charge my card without my permission. Request for explanation, they just say Drivelah have the right to charge. Unable to explain the Insurance Coverage. Message Drivelah for more than a week and no one bother to reply to me. No one bother to follow up with even a call or message. Even message with the car owner after rented his car, no reply as well. Feedback to Drivelah but no help was given.
