SPEEDY SUCCESS
On the evening of 30/10/25 we were watching UK's BBC tv. suddenly the screen went black. Tried ITV, same result, likewise 4 and 5, so no UK tv, AT ALL. One email to Smart Dns to enquire, 3 minutes later the reply came back with a possible solution. "If you have 4 green ticks, try to "reactivate",please". I did, and it was all back to normal.
