Big $ difference
The online experience was fine. They were actually very prompt in responding to questions although inflexible on any refunds. In looking at booking with Ninja versus direct with the train company, I believe I paid about $235 for a business class ticket I could have purchased directly for $150. I figured that out right after I made the purchase and was even going to cancel for part of my money, but they would provide no refund of any kind. Shame on me for going with the first sponsored source on Google. Should have done my research.
