I ordered a quilted bag with a Yorkshire terrier
I ordered a quilted bag with a Yorkshire terrier on it on 5/26/26. The description says that’s what it is. Instead, I ( finally on 6/16/26) received a cheap tote bag, NOT QUILTED, with a POODLE on it! After many texts back and forth, all they will do is give me a coupon for 15% off on my NEXT order! I’LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! This is a bait and switch scam company! They kept telling me the picture WAS what I ordered, that it might not have been very clear on their website! But the description is totally different. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY!! ( also ordered another bag & laundry basket- NONE are quilted as advertised)
