A breath of fresh air, and back where I belong!
I’ve been with US Mobile on and off since 2021/2022, and honestly, they’ve always been at the back of my mind. I previously left to bundle services with a larger carrier, but I quickly realized that the trade-off wasn’t worth it. Returning to US Mobile feels like a total breath of fresh air—it’s like seeking refuge. In an industry where you often feel like just another account number, this team treats you like a friend. Their service is truly exceptional, both technically and in the way they genuinely care about the customer experience. If you are tired of the 'big carrier' runaround and want a company that actually values you, I couldn't recommend US Mobile enough. So glad to be back!
