I would not recommend purchasing clothes from Fashion Chingu
I ordered pants and a sweater from Fashion Chingu from China. It took a month to be sent to me. When I received the items they were too big and the fabric felt weird. I contacted them to return the items. They gave me only their address and they did not give me a return label. I sent it and waited two months. I asked them where was my refund and they said they needed my tracking number on my mail receipt. Well, I miss placed my return mail receipt and now they won’t refund my items. I contacted them a few more times and I found out they could not refund me the money as my items were in customs and I don’t have the receipt. Till this date I’m still waiting for a refund or my items returned. I am so disappointed and I would not recommend this company.
