Taking away your money without shame...
The company decided to close the account without refunding my company money. I had some euros left, they said they will not be able to process EUR in the future and asked to give an account to send the remaining money, but never actually sent the money to said account. That and pretty high monthly fees I never agreed upon. I wouldn't trust too much a company that is not ashamed to steal your funds and which is pretending to have a banking license, but not even on the list of the banks from regulatory body in Hongkong. PS: to rapyd. Nice bot you got there to automatically (not) answer the very serious issues we raise and that you refuse to handle.
