They RIPPED me off. Took my money and now are ignoring me
Placed my order exactly ONE MONTH AGO and it still hasnt arrived. I have contacted "customer support" multiple times via their chatbox, email, and phonecalls only to be told the same thing every time. "we'll look into it and get back to you" and they NEVER do. If you get them on the phone, they will put you on hold until you hang up (current record is 2.5 hours on hold waiting for the advisor to return to the call, which he never did) Seeing as Trustpilot seems to be the only place they respond to complaints, I would like you to either deliver what I've ordered and paid for OR give me my money back. order:W569654
