Bad Customer Service. Feeling like a scam.
I ordered some bracelets from this shop because the URL says the country that I live in and the order confirmation process says it’s going to take 2-5 business days which was fine even though the shipping is longer. After I checked out I realised that they are not based in my country but in Hong Kong! How the hell is that even possible!? That triggered some scam alarm bells and some more there are no addresses listed in their site and I only found out through Google Search! My patience is quite long but I am process oriented and when a timeline says 2-5 business days, I expect something happening in this timeframe! When I emailed one of my 4 orders got “shipped”, I don’t even know if it is really being shipped. The 3 no news. Been emailing but no response so it is very frustrating. If I still do not receive a response or action from this shop I’m going to report this to the authorities. Where I am they take these things very seriously.
