-opened account -placed order -next day checked account - said there were 0 purchases -mislead to believe I was dealing with and purchasing from dji drones in China ( 深圳市大疆创新科技有限公司) (should have known better) -turns out my money went to SAIKORON LLC. an importer based in the USA -tried customer support chat wirh dji for a long time, useless. They wanted multiple screenshots which I was unable to provide. What more do you need than my order number? -dji may make good drones, but they should stay in China where they can be held accountable. Horrible experience. dji are scammers and cannot or choose not to run a web store with integrity. China.
