#good quality #poor tracking
The tracking provided that you pay for , only provides tracking till item has left them , you can't get any sense from Facebook chat or online web chat as these features are only for sales &they provide the same tracking and when you raise a email ticket you get no response from anyone !!! No prom dress , no refund , avoid at all costs ! So after leaving this review magically I got further tracking , the item is due to be delivered today ......since ordering this item , I've had numerous phishing text messages , the phone number was new hadn't been used anywhere previous to this order ! Reported to my network provider , I have also already provided you with all these details numerous times , go through you email correspondence that you should be checking on a daily basis anyway ! Also to make people aware they do not have any UK based locations , none ! These items are comping from Singapore, ha I known that I wouldn't have allowed my child to order from here . Edit## prom dress arrived, quality really good & item well worth the money payed ##### however please be aware of the lack of communication, beacuse of the time difference! For that reason I'm changing my review to 4 stars ✨
