Ozempic
I have called for help a few times. I am so sick on the Ozempic that I cannot work or function. I have been sleeping 13 hours a night and taking 3 hour naps. I cannot take the product and I have not lost any weight. Even if I were losing, I would not take the product anymore. I believed I was receiving Tirzepatide, but received Ozempic. I called you and the nurse told me she was changing the prescription to Tirzepatide and I would hear from customer service, but they never called. When I called to check on billing, no action had been taken I did not expect to get 3 months of product all at once. I am too sick to take the product and I will not pay for what I cannot take. Any respectable pharmacy would not expect a patient to commit to three months of product without knowing it was effective and at least not hurt them.
