Today I had a wonderful experience getting help from the representative Charisma who had helped me to book my trip to Latvia. It took a while to find a solution to my problem, she was very attentive and showed her respect, understanding and patience. I really appreciate her efforts to get a better results for my trip: she was asking questions, listened to my responses, and was making sure I am satisfied. Charisma assisting me was extremely helpful, positive and informative. Finally we found a solution which satisfied my needs and she booked a very good ticket for my trip. I also very much appreciate help from Charisma's supervisor who looked into my case and provided a guidance.
