Bad quality & deleted account for nothing
Hi, I’d been buying circle lenses on this site since 2016. All went well at first, I really liked everything I bought as my eyes felt super comfortable in circle lenses by PinkyParadise. In 2021, for the first time, I faced the problem with lens shell (idk how to correctly explain, but lens edges were sharp in some places; like circle lenses began to dissolve in the lens solution). It’s to say that once I tried to buy a cheaper variant of circle lenses on the other popular site and the problem was the same (many ppl think that manufacturers save on the quality of the material and production). So I wrote to the support, explained everything, attached photos and waited for an answer. With no problems then I received in a month or two the same (but new) pair of lenses. The new pair had lived longer than the first, but after a few days it had become to chop my eyes again. I didn’t write at that time, thinking that it was just a bad batch during pandemic and I was unlucky to spent my money for nothing… But now…Ive been blocked since 15.01.2023 for nothing (16.01 - is my birthday, lol). I realized it now as I wanted to check my account and the archive of orders. Yeah, I know in new reality this site and many others don’t ship to my country, but what was this deletion for? Am I not allowed to see the lenses once bought? Deleting an account from the database means the complete cancellation of me and trading with my country for many years to come?
