Totally disappointing
Still waiting for my mat to be delivered numerous emails currently had an email to say it’s dispatched but no tracking information is available or been provided as promised. This has not been a pleasant experience 2-5 business days was the delivery expectation it’s now 3 weeks. The upbeat courtesy emails do not help when you’ve spent nearly £500 and still don’t have the item you’ve paid for. If you buy a Gucci bag online from Gucci it arrives three days later from Italy! This kind of delay is not acceptable.
